With Doug and a pile of fireworks in tow on Master Dragonflame’s boat, the party is now heading off to Teluuf to finish the third task:
- Acquire the finale sequence from the Council of Fire on the island of Teluuf
While the group was traveling from Taaluga to Teluuf when they were suddenly attacked by a group of blackened monsters. The monsters were attracted by the succulent-looking Doug, but the group was able to prevail and Doug was left unharmed. Despite this encounter, they were still able to acquire the firing sequence for the finale firework show for Teratuga New Year while on Teluuf.
During their visit with Master Firespark , they mentioned that Master Oogway knew the source of the odd earthquakes. However, this was a lie, and the Master Elder was confused and excited to know the secret. He quickly fled to find Oogway to learn of the source of the earthquakes.
Meanwhile, Bowser had a different plan in mind. He decided to steal Master Firespark’s lightning javelin under the guise of “returning” it to the Master Elder. With the javelin in his possession, Bowser’s true intentions were unknown.
As the group was leaving, another earthquake hit the island and shook the castle. Grey Ooze began to emerge from the floor and attack the group. Fortunately, they were able to handle the grey ooze and quickly left the island to return the firing sequence to Master Dragonflame on the island of Taartaan.
After turning in the firing sequence, the group headed to Master Oogway’s quarters to speak with him about the oddities they found across Teratuga. Upon entering the Taartaan castle, the group heard rough rustling coming from Master Oogway’s quarters. Archie shape-shifted in preparation for the worst. Snaps stayed below to read some books or something. Giambi and Bowser mounted the shape-shifted Archie as they rushed upstairs to barge into Master Ooways room.
There, they found Master Oogway quickly looking through his things. Once he found the object he was looking for, he gave the group instructions for after the finale firework show. They were to find some Spectral Essence on the island of Tynden and then meet him on Trenfaar, where they would find him helping Master Splinter.
Instead of speaking with Oogway about their questions as they originally intended, Bowser insisted on speaking to Oogway about Master Firespark’s javelin, trying to learn the command word. However, Master Oogway easily read past Bowser’s lies. With no other questions from the group, Master Oogway explained that he must be on his way and left.
